What we collect

Account details you provide (name, email, organization), the content and platform links you ask Kill My Leaks to monitor, and usage data needed to operate the service (logs, device and browser information).

How we use it

To run the monitoring, detection and takedown-case features you sign up for; to secure accounts and prevent abuse; to communicate about your account and cases; and to meet legal obligations tied to the takedown notices Kill My Leaks helps you prepare.

Sharing

Case data (claimant identity, evidence, notice content) is shared with the platforms, hosting providers and registrars a takedown is addressed to, because that disclosure is inherent to filing a notice. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Case records are kept for as long as your organization's account is active and for a reasonable period after, to preserve an audit trail for legal purposes.
