The service

Kill My Leaks is a case-management and enforcement platform: it monitors platforms for unauthorized use of your content, helps you build evidence, and prepares takedown notices. Kill My Leaks is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of what you submit — claimant identity, ownership proof and the statements included in a takedown notice — since those are filed under your name and, where applicable, under penalty of perjury.

Acceptable use

Kill My Leaks may only be used to protect content and rights you own or are authorized to act for. Filing notices against content you don't have a legitimate claim to is prohibited and may result in account termination.

Availability

Monitoring and notice delivery depend on third-party platforms responding to requests; Kill My Leaks cannot guarantee removal outcomes or timelines on services it doesn't control.
